I’m Tiara, friends call me , Tia!
I’m a born and raised Makawao girl who had big dreams of being and doing something great but, never sure what exactly it was until God showed up in my life!
As woman with a heart for God and a love for creativity and chasing dreams… it wasn’t until about 9 years ago that God gave me a vision and understanding of how to take all my geekiness, all my quirkiness and put into one business where I would be able to serve my community with and still be a mama!
That’s when Geeky Mamas Studios was born! I didn’t have a fancy office or even a single client. All I knew is that I wanted out of my corporate 9-5 job and a way to make a living and be a mama!
After 2 years of working Geeky Mamas as a faceless Instagram account that provided social media tricks and hacks for small businesses, I finally the calling to step out and actually make this a business with paying customers! Thank you Lord for blessing with this business as here I am almost in year 9 now serving clients across the state of Hawai’i and now a few on the mainland!

MY HEART FOR WORKING MAMAS..
BEING A ENTREPRENEUR IS TRYING. BEING A BUSINESS OWNER IS TOUGH BUT BEING BOTH AND A MAMA IS SOMETHING YOU CAN'T PREPARE OR TRAIN FOR. As a creative spirit and a mama, the drive and heart behind my business is to first serve God, then my family and then, my community and business. I once lived with these way out of order and it drove me to burn out and a ton of mom-guilt! As I navigate thru balancing being a woman of God, a mama and all the other hats I wear, I share this…
Whatever God calls you to do whether it business, serving your family or a creative project.. my prayer is that you answer His call on Your life for You! Let ALL that you do be in His love! AND know that if you are called to start a business or lead a project and be mama or both, you can do ALL the things!
